Today CVA EOS S.r.l. (the “Buyer”), single-member company wholly owned by Compagnia Valdostana delle Acque S.p.A. – CVA S.p.A. – subscribed with Solar 2.0 S.r.l. (the “Vendor”) the purchase of 18 photovoltaic operating and in development projects, for a total of 59 MW. The completion of purchase is subject to preliminary waivers from banking companies financing the vehicles, in exercising the remedies due to the change of control of the project societies and to the accomplishment of some preliminary obligations.
