The Board of Directors of CVA, by resolution dated February 14, 2025, has decided to expand and regulate the transparency of information towards the public regarding CVA and its Group. While maintaining the application of its own procedures for managing privileged information, necessary to comply with legal obligations, the Board has acknowledged that transparency is a fundamental element of the company’s social responsibility and sustainability.
