Today CVA EOS S.r.l. (the “Buyer”), single-member company wholly owned by Compagnia Valdostana delle Acque S.p.A. – CVA S.p.A., gave execution with Solar S.r.l. (the “Vendor”) to the purchase contract signed on June 26th, 2024, for the purchase of 18 photovoltaic projects for a total of 59 MW of which 18 MW operating, 11 MW under construction and 30 MW in development.

The Vendor belongs to the Solar Ventures S.r.l. group – part of a group of Italian societies whose parent company is AME Ventures S.r.l. – which is one of the major Italian independent renewable energy producers specialised in development, construction and financing of solar projects.
